Please note: All vendor applications are reviewed to help prevent duplicate or inappropriate vendors. This process benefits both our vendors and our patrons. Vendors who have participated in prior festivals will be approved as quickly as possible. Once a pre-application is approved, vendors will receive a link to the full application form, including payment information.
Athletic registration will be open in November on the BYR website.
